Multi-add staff members to a PD course section

Add several staff members to a PDClosed Professional Development course section at the same time.

To multi add staff members:

  1. Log on to the Personnel view.
  2. Click the PD Admin tab.
  3. Click the Sections side-tab, and select the section you want to enroll staff members in.
  4. On the Sections side-tab, click Roster.
  5. On the Options menu, click Multi Add. The Multi-Add Staff Plans pop-up appears.
  6. Select one of the following:
  1. Click OK. The staff members you select appears on the roster.
