Enter and track staff member license information

Use Aspen to track licensing information for your staff members. For example, you can store a staff member’s Department of Education license number, the date the license was issued, and its expiration date.

To track staff member license information:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • To enter license information for an individual staff member, log on to the School or Personnel view. Click the Staff tab. Search for and select the staff member, and click the Licenses side-tab.
    • To enter license information for several staff members, log on to the Personnel view. Click the Qualification tab, then the Licenses side-tab.
    • A list of the staff member’s licenses you already entered appears.

  1. To add a license, on the Options menu, click Add. The New Staff Certification page appears.
  2. Enter the license information.
  3. Click Save.
