Configuring SIF

School districts, state departments of education, and other organizations active in elementary and secondary education are starting to use the Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) for state reporting. SIF is an open-standard specification that allows school software applications from different vendors – such as student information systems and library automation software – to interact and share data.

To configure Aspen to comply with SIF:

1. Define the SIF Configuration settings in your district details.
2. Set the SIF Topic in the export format details.
3. Set the SIF Path in the export field details.
